Vendor Managed Programs

Crimzon Rose manages product inventory levels by store by sku through our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system. The purpose of this system is to control inventory levels, increase turns and maximize GMROI. Our planning team, comprised of former retailers, supports our customers with comprehensive reports to help analyze and capitalize on their businesses.

In addition, we coordinate our service representatives to merchandise and maintain the product presentation in each store. These representatives make scheduled visits that allow for a hands-free program for our customers.
